We believe that great execution starts with great planning which is why we use a sophisticated field force territory alignment & call scheduling software. Field Force Planning includes tools to help decide on the people needed in the field. We can then plan territories to ensure clients have the most efficient & flexible resources to meet field coverage requirements.

Territory Planning is all about creating the optimum number of workload-balanced drive time compact territories. Unbalanced territories mean potentially over stretching & missing opportunities in some areas whilst under-utilising & wasting resources in others.

The call scheduling supports the implementation of contact strategies and takes into account many factors such as:

  • Call locations
  • Call cycles
  • Visit restrictions
  • Overnight stops
  • Field force locations
  • Driving times

The system we use will deal with single and multiple frequency calls and can be used to plan either tomorrow’s visits or next year’s call cycles.

At the heart of the software is a powerful Graphical Information System (GIS) that we use to help with call file segmentation and planning. We also have access to consumer geodemographic, marketing and lifestyle data if required.
