EUROPEAN ACCREDITATION FOR THE 3RD YEAR!

Following on from our UK Great Place to Work® accreditation, we are delighted to announce we also ranked number 30 in the European Large Companies listing.

REL Field Marketing was recognised in this year’s ranking along with 119 other organisations in Europe. 2,340 companies employing 1.5 million employees participated in the largest annual survey in the region.

REL GREAT PLACE TO WORK® ACCREDITATION FOR A THIRD CONSECUTIVE YEAR

REL achieve the highly coveted Great Place to Work® accreditation for a third consecutive year in the GPTW 2017 annual survey and is now well on the way to achieveing it’s stated goal of becoming a GPTW laureate company with five consecutive rankings.

Our 2017 placement saw REL climb two places on the large company ranking list to secure 13th spot in a year where more companies than ever before particpated.  For the first time since inception, a total of 37 lage companies gained the standard required to become GPTW accredited.

The methodology behind this list is one of the most rigorous workplace engagement measures available and uniquely comprises both an employee survey and an audit into an organisation’s management and HR practices both of which are measured and validated completely independently by GPTW.

This is the Second time REL Field Marketing has achieved this honour which recognises high trust, high engagement and workplace culture. This is the driving force behind their ability to attract and retain talent which helps drive the business success.

REL Field Marketing is recognised as one of the best workplaces in Europe by Great Place to Work®.  During an awards ceremony in Luxembourg on June 4, 2015 it was announced that REL placed 12th on this year’s list, along with an elite group of 99 other workplaces.

As a result of the 5th place ranking REL achieved in the UK Best Workplaces list, they were automatically entered into the European rankings.  More than 2,300 companies participated in national list studies across 19 European countries where Great Place to Work is represented.  Of these, the 100 Best Workplaces in Europe were determined.  It is an honour for REL Field Marketing to be recognized by their employees as an organisation that fosters creativity, trust and camaraderie.
