Much of what we do for our clients requires collateral of one sort or another which must reach the teams, venues, stores etc on time. This collateral is often bulky, requires specialist handling and varies enormously from one project to another. Examples include:
- Point of Sale materials
- Free Standing Display units
- Demonstration equipment
- Samples
- Leaflets
- Uniforms
The logistics of arranging Just In Time deliveries requires total flexibility, seamless communication & adjustable staffing levels to meet varying demands which is why we have our own onsite 15,000 sq ft warehousing facility. We also provide storage facilities for many of our clients.
All packages are tracked to the point of delivery enabling us to provide Proof of Delivery to teams when kit has allegedly ‘gone missing’ on receipt.
It is a well known fact that much of this collateral goes missing if sent to store resulting in ineffective visits (and wasted budgets). Recent research by POPAI shows that ‘the gap between actual sales resulting from P-O-P campaigns and projected sales had compliance been 100% amounts to a staggering £400 million’. How much of this is down to ‘lost’ in store’ is difficult to quantify – but it is significant.
We work with our clients to minimise the environmental impact of kit distribution, recycling and consolidating deliveries wherever possible. We also seek to use sustainable and recycleable resources wherever feasible to reduce carbon footprints & enabling us to pass back savings to our clients.
