<p>As a Customer Sales Advisor you will work in a maximum of 2 dedicated stores representing our brand and driving sales.</p>
<p>Your brief will be to build productive relationships in store and provide your customers with detailed product training &#038; sales support. Your main objective will be driving sales so a strong sales background, ideally in a related industry/channel is essential.  We need passionate people who can build strong customer relationships, really drive implementation of our in store objectives and thrive on selling direct to consumers.</p>

<p>1.To develop all the outlets on your territory following the perfect store model, building productive relationships with key decision makers enabling us to achieve all our objectives.</p>
<p>2.To maximise Red Bull sales and profit through driving Availability, Visibility, Activation, &#038; Pricing implementation as well as Chiller placement &#038; Share of space within your territory – be the MD of your own area to help us sell more cans!</p>
<p>3.To share best practise with your colleagues enabling the Red Bull team to outperform it’s competitors and gain maximum share of space and activation within your territory.</p>
<p>4.To demonstrate and communicate your activation &#038; KPI successes to both your line manager &#038; Red Bull. </p>
<p>Key Objectives: </p>
<p>- Coverage of defined call file – complete all calls allocated to individual territory, achieving a minimum of 13 effective calls a day (or the currently specified call coverage target) – 100% call coverage each working cycle.<br />
- Work towards achieving “prefect” grading in every outlet visited – the objective of every call is to move the quality of perfect store implementation forward in every call with every visit.<br />
- Maximise return on investment for Red Bull in every outlet; this will be measured through revenue generation, sales performance and EPOS data tracking.<br />
- Achieve agreed team and individual targets and specific KPIs.<br />
- Ensure agreed standards of performance are complied with at all times.<br />
- Build great relationships in every call providing first class customer service so that all opportunities for Red Bull can be exploited<br />
- Maximise Availability –Use influence orders, car sales and merchandising to improve outlet ranging and ensure Red Bull SKU’s are in stock and on display AT ALL TIMES..<br />
- Correct book stock errors and correct any in store information systems that are detracting from Red Bull sales.<br />
- Gain new distribution sales points within each retailer.  This can be achieved through commercial presentations to retailers.<br />
- Maximise share of space within the appropriate category for Red Bull ensuring minimum planogram space is complied with and always try to exceed space allocation.<br />
- Secure additional Chiller placements – gain new sitings of Red Bull chillers wherever possible and gain additional facings within retailers own chillers where Red Bull equipment cannot be sited.<br />
- Increase the number of chilled and ambient Red Bull products &#038; facings in all outlets covered in line with targets given.  Objective is to ensure that Red Bull products have equal/excess space versus competitor brands.  .<br />
- Build off shelf displays in each call – this creates additional sales points and greater awareness to potential customers, especially when there is promotional activity. Understand and utilise all available market data to overcome objections within call.<br />
- Ensure POS is sited and up to date in all outlets visited.  Placing Promotional/Seasonal POS in outlets to create customer awareness and potential sales i.e. Easter, Christmas, Summer<br />
- Implement all national and local promotions.<br />
- Record promotional compliance by each account group.  Number of promotions running will vary by each account group and steps need to be taken to ensure compliance on exit by setting up promotions and siting back up POS where ever possible<br />
- Record all required information on Logbook and any manual survey required are completed.<br />
- Present in and implement any specific activities that are presented on regular briefing documents provided.<br />
- Feedback all competitor information and market news to account management teams and ground control.</p>

East London / Essex</p>
<p>Candidates must be able to demonstrate an aptitude for attention to detail and accurate reporting on both paper and via a handheld pda. The ideal candidate must have their own car and good local knowledge of how best to travel throughout their territory. Good communication skills and confidence are important along with the discipline to work on your own initiative.<br />
You will receive full training and enjoy close supervision and support from your local manager while settling in to the role in your territory. Your ability to develop good professional working relationships through mutual trust with store management will be important in the smooth running of the contract.</p>
