<p><strong>The Grocery Perfect Store Team is operated by REL as a wholly dedicated field sales team that works exclusively on behalf of the Client - calling on a number of Major Grocery Multiple Retail outlets at an agreed frequency. We are currently recruiting in the following areas:</strong></p>

<li>Colchester</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul type="circle">
<li>Coverage of defined call      file - complete all calls allocated to individual territory, achieving      100% call coverage each working cycle</li>
<li>Build great relationships in      every call providing first class customer service so that all      opportunities for the Client can be exploited</li>
<li>Educate key contacts in      store on the Clients proposition and ensure they understand rate of sale      and market position</li>
<li>Implement Perfect Store      merchandising standards within every call. The objective of every call is      to improve the quality of Perfect Store implementation in every outlet      with main focus on availability, planogram and promotional compliance, to      gain and secure chiller placements and secondary sites</li>
<li>Achieve agreed team and      individual targets and specific KPIs.</li>

<p>To complete Mystery Availability Checks and Secondary Space audits in a leading grocery retailer, on time according to the call guidelines, schedule and work plan with 100% accuracy, integrity and professionalism.</p>
<p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>
<ul type="disc">
<li>To      audit and record the availability on-shelf of a specified range of      products in nominated supermarket and convenience format, in a defined      territory.</li>
<li>To      assess whether product lines on promotion are displayed on the correct      secondary site in store, with point of sale material and required levels      of stock.</li>
<li>Use      a PDA (handheld) to download audit schedules and product lists and to      upload results on completion of audits.</li>
<li>Develop      professional working relationships with key store management that will      enable an AC to conduct a valid, accurate audit without store involvement,      and on completion, discuss the key findings and agree a final outcome      within the permitted actions in the Guidelines.</li>
<li>Provide      accurate and legible handwritten summaries of the audit results at the      conclusion of each call</li>
<li>Report      immediately, accurate and detailed information regarding any incidences of      interference by store staff that prevents a valid audit being conducted</li>
<li>To      visit a prescribed schedule of stores each working day to complete set      audit tasks, auditors will be expected to travel to stores in an efficient      manner and work productively while in store.</li>
<li>Further      develop after training, knowledge of individual store layouts, types of      fixtures and descriptions and terminology, all of which will be essential      to the efficient completion of audits in your territory.</li>
<li>To      ensure key equipment is maintained correctly and kept safe when travelling      and in use in store.</li>
